Q. When is your online store going to be available?
A. The online store is currently in development. We are trying to make sure it is the easiest, most convenient way for our customers to get what they want. Currently there is no set date of it's release, for the time being, all orders will be taken through the DPMS website.
Q. Will I need replacement springs?
A. Additional springs are available, whether you will need a replacement spring depends on how often you shoot and how long your spring is compressed.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. In stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days.
Q. How do I install my shotgun extension tube?
A. Installation is simple and instructions are sent with each purchase.
Q. Are the clear extension tubes made of glass?
A. They are made from high impact acrylic which is stronger, more transparent and lighter than glass.
Q. What is an RSS Feed?
A. An RSS feed is an updated listing of new articles, blog entries or, in our case, new products. It is a way to keep up to date without having to join an email list. RSS Feeds function only in modern browsers such as IE 7, Firefox 2 and Safari.
Q. Why can't I find what I'm looking for using your search box?
A. You may need to add a + between multiple keywords to get the results you're looking for.
